Take a step inside Mottaz Park, located on the south side of City Hall on Main Street. A little history you may not know - The concrete in this park used to be the floor of a grocery store many years ago called Sapp's Market. Future plans are to remove the old concrete and fill in the majority of it with fresh dirt and flowers, leaving a walk way to the gazebo. You will find most people in this park during parades and events through out the year including every Sunday in October when small bands come to play for the community. You might even get to see a wedding now and then as you drive by or are out taking a stroll through town. It's beautiful red bud trees do not disappoint in the early spring.
