Auxvasse Cemetery 

  Located on Old Highway 54, South of Auxvasse. 

Although discussing your burial can be an uncomfortable discussion, it's something that we encourage you to do.  When you lose a loved one, having to purchase a cemetery lot at that time is usually the last thing you are prepared for or want to do. Prepare yourself for the future.

Purchasing a cemetery lot may be done through Auxvasse City Hall during their regular business hours.  Once you have purchased your cemetery lot, it is recommended that you take your deed to your local Recorder's Office to be recorded in your name. 

FEES

Cemetery Lot - $250.00

Burial Permit - $50.00

Graveside Services - $50.00

Grave Openings - $450.00

Chapel - No Fee - At this time the chapel is a small brick building.  Chairs may be set up inside of it per your request or you may choose to stand for the ceremony.  You may use this chapel if you prefer to not have a graveside service.

CEMETERY CLEAN-UP DATES FALL ON THE SAME DATE EACH YEAR

   1ST WEEK - APRIL

2ND WEEK - JUNE

2ND WEEK - SEPTEMBER

2ND WEEK - DECEMBER

HOURS ARE FROM SUN-UP TO SUN-DOWN

ON EACH WEEK STATED ABOVE, THERE WILL BE MAINTENANCE TO REMOVE ANY FLOWERS OR DECORATIONS THAT ARE PLACED IN THE GROUND, OLD FADED FLOWERS, ETC.  THE GUIDELINES SHOW THAT NOTHING CAN BE PUT IN THE GROUND NEXT TO THE HEADSTONES.  ALL OLD FLOWERS WILL BE REMOVED DURING THESE CLEAN-UP DATES IN ORDER TO KEEP OUR CEMETERY LOOKING NICE.
