Are You Missing Your Pet??? Check out the photos below to see if we may have it.  If we do have your pet call City Hall between

 9am - 5pm Monday thru Friday @ 573.386.2227.

If not, maybe you would like to adopt one for $25.00.

THIS LITTLE GIRL WAS BROUGHT IN TO CITY HALL ON 01/23/12.

SHE WAS NOT WEARING A COLLAR AND DOESN'T HAVE TAGS.

SHE WAS FOUND ON WEST HIGH STREET.

THESE ARE DOGS THAT HAVE BEEN PICKED UP BY OUR ANIMAL CONTROL IN AUXVASSE .  DUE TO A CHANGE IN   RULES AND REGULATIONS WE THE CITY NOW HAVE TO VACCINATE THE ANIMALS BEFORE SENDING THEM OVER TO

THE CENTRAL MISSOURI HUMANE SOCIETY.  IF THIS IS YOUR PET, PLEASE COME AND CLAIM IT.

The pets that Animal Control picks up are placed in our shelter.  If you are the pet owner you have seven days to pick up your pet.  After that, we hold the pet an additional seven days for someone to adopt.  If no one adopts the pet then it is transported to Central Missouri Humane Society in Columbia, MO.

If this is your missing pet, please contact us as soon as possible.  If you recognize your pet and we no longer have it in shelter, then you may want to contact the Central Missouri Humane Society where they are taken after aproximately 7 days.
