City Council Meetings are held twice a month, always on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. unless otherwise stated. You may call City Hall or check the bulletin board (posted at least 24 hours in advance) outside City Hall for meeting notices, times and agendas, or check our website. If you have a complaint, please come to City Hall and fill out a complaint form. It will then be forwarded to the appropriate department.

Mayor - Kevin Phares
Hello to everyone, I'm Kevin Phares, Mayor of Auxvasse. I served as Interim Alderman from September, 2008 until April, 2009, at which time I was honored to be elected into office by the citizens of Auxvasse for a 2-year term. As of 05-11-2010, I was sworn in to fill the Mayor position for the rest of the year.
I have been a resident of Auxvasse for 10 plus years, and I've been employed with Warrenton Oil Company (d.b.a. Fastlane Convenience Stores) as a retail manager, for 16 plus years. I am also part owner of Hidden Treasurers LLC, Variety Store, here in Auxvasse.
My goal as your Mayor is to see growth within our great town, as well as trying to work with all to improve the appearance of our town. In addition, I intend to work with the Board Members to make sure our roads see repairs, water line repairs, sidewalks replaced, ordinances are updated and adjusted for the benefit of our town. In addition, I will help to make sure our Fire, Police and Maintenance Departments have the equipment they need to do their work professionally and with great success.

Hi, my name is LeRoy Stubblefied and I am serving as one of your Southward Aldermen. I have been a resident of Auxvasse for many years. Originally I was employed with Burts Plumbing and Taylor Plumbing, both here in Auxvasse, for a total of about twenty years. In the 1950's, I helped start the Maintenance Department for the City of Auxvasse. I then worked in the Maintenance Department for about ten years. I also served on the Fire Department for about seven years.
I look forward to serving each and every one of you to the best of my ability.
Southward Alderman - Terry Walker
Hi, my name is Terry Walker and I became Southward Alderman in April, 2009. My family and I moved to Auxvasse in September, 2006. One of the things that drew us to Auxvasse was when we drove down the road, peope would wave to us as we drove by. I hope our community never loses that.
My position as Alderman allows me to investigate your concerns and propose changes that are good for the City as a whole. I will listen, if you will talk. I invite all citizens of Auxvasse to be a part of our City, going forward at our twice a month city council meetings. Thanks for letting me serve you.
